With this cool simple hack you will be able to run several instances of gtalk.

First right click on the desktop. Select ‘new’ and the then select ’shortcut’. Yes we are adding a new shortcut to your desktop. Now paste this c:\program files\google\google talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex into text box. Click next and then chose the shortcut name, which can be remembered later. Click ok a few times and you are done with it. Create as many shortcuts as you like. Each shortcut will open its seperate google talk instance.
